Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and uninstalled in the condition that you received it, never have been removed from its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@obisan3d.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent prepaid.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

We warrant our products against certain defects in material and workmanship when used as designed on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all OBISAN3D branded products for as long as you own the item and is not transferable. Our standard warranty limits the end-user’s remedy to the repair or replacement of the part that is defective at our sole discretion. We will not cover any damage caused by the misuse of our products or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product.

Warranty claims should first contact us at info@obisan3d.com to describe your product issue. If it has been deemed that a warranty claim is justified, further instructions will be provided. All warranty claims will need to be returned to us prepaid with the carrier of your choice. We will return the repaired/replacement item prepaid with the carrier of our choice.

Warranty Exclusions

OBISAN3D branded products: Damage due to modification, misuse, unauthorized repairs, fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, normal wear and tear will void this warranty in its entirety.

Non OBISAN3D branded products carry their own warranty terms and conditions provided by their manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for their warranty terms.
